Decompress and empower simultaneously through this semi-private(max 3 pp) 90-minute Reiki-infused Yin and Yoga Nidra. Gentle palpitations and Reiki healing throughout a full Yin session followed by a Yoga Nidra that takes you through your physical and energetical bodies with empowering affirmations.

About the Event
Pre-registration required - limited to 4 participants. Some yoga blocks are provided. Please bring extra pillows/bolsters/support as you see fit to support yourself during the Yin portion of this class.
Each participant will receive Reiki energy healing throughout the class to assist in creating balance, relaxation, and opening of the energy body.
Yoga Nidra: Guided full body and mind relaxation where each section of the physical and energetic body is focused on along with powerful affirmation mantras.
Yin yoga: Gentle yoga positions all done down on the mat designed to lengthen and restore while being supported by various props. Each pose is held for approximately 5-7 minutes.
Decompress and empower simultaneously through this 90-minute session of Reiki-infused Yin and Yoga Nidra.
