There is a gal I know that goes to Central America every year to see a healer. During COVID she hasn’t been able to go. It has sent her anxiety through the roof because she believes that if she doesn’t get down for her yearly healing that her physical aches and pains will become unbearable. Unfortunately for this specific person, she has the belief that Others heal her. There are plenty of wolves out there that have their clients believing this myth(not saying this Central American healer dude is one of those), the myth that Others heal you. Others can certainly help one to feel better. If they work with energy medicine, they can move stagnant energy, channel in frequencies that the physical and energetic bodies are in need of at the time, but we at In One’s Element, can not stress enough that it is you that takes over from there. We assist the higher self, YOUR higher self so that you can heal you! We may have psychic premonitions and “stuff” that comes to us while we work on you as to why your body, brain, heart, etc. may be feeling uncomfortable or dis-eased, but normally when we voice what is going on with you, you are not surprised. You already know what’s wrong with you! Sometimes it is a conscious knowing, a knowing that might not want to be faced necessarily, but you know it’s there. Our work, a healer’s work, allows space to face Truth. Sometimes the knowing is subconscious, the higher self knows, it always knows, our work can bring down that knowledge into your head, into your heart so that you can begin to “see” and begin to heal.
Sitting with a new client a few days ago I was telling her about our weekend Reiki certifications. About how we feel that everyone needs to know how to work with their own energy/ies. The need for people to heal themselves is becoming more and more apparent. This pandemic of fear brought to us worldwide over the last almost 2 years(and not going away) certainly screams the need to take control of your own. Don’t get me wrong, we all need a tuneup from time to time, but going to Others, relying on Others weekly, bimonthly, monthly to “heal” you, as good as it feels, IS a reliance. Taking care of you does not mean always having someone else do it for you. You do it! That’s what we teach… When I mentioned all this to my client, she was surprised. The look on her face was a sheer “A-ha!” She voiced that she never thought that energy work was something that SHE could do on her own. She just always thought that energy medicine was something she had to have done to her by some woo-woo person who had access to something that she didn’t.
We all do it. Every single one of us channels energy. We are constantly changing our frequencies through thought, motion, emotion. Most of the time we just don’t realize it. Sometimes we do notice, we just don’t understand that we do this ALL the time. How you change the energy of a room, how you heal your child’s ouchy with a simple kiss and hug, singing at the top of your lungs to your favorite song driving down the highway, sitting quietly with your coffee in the morning before the rest of the house wakes. All of these actions create energy, frequency. Just imagine if you were to direct specific frequencies to specific areas of your body, to specific areas of your life…
In our certification workshop, you will learn not only to channel energy to your own body but to others as well. With Reiki I and II you will be given the gift of awareness, specific Reiki frequencies that can be used on yourself, your loved ones, pets, house plants. The Reiki II also gives you enough knowledge to brand yourself as a Reiki practitioner. You will have the skills to start/make a career change or enhance your career no matter what that is, for the simple fact of knowing how you control your own frequency and how you can make a change to the frequency of a room, of your space.
All of our Reiki workshops are in-person. We offer weekend training in our space in Prescott, AZ, private certifications “parties” in your own space with 2 or more of your friends or family members. We also work with individuals one-on-one and can certify you on your own time.
