𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 🍑 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 .🌊
If you have been feeling disconnected from your body, feeling creatively blocked, or maybe you have ideas but they just don't come to fruition, or perhaps you aren't able to form meaningful connections with others or with yourself due to protective walls...take a look at the 𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑘𝑟𝑎. This is the center of flow, creativity, the physical experience of life, and change.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚:
It rules our reproductive system, kidneys, liver, and sits just below our belly button. This energy embodies our senses (pleasure/pain), creativity, relationships, and our ability to handle and feel safe through change. Harnessing this energy can open our abilities of expression, manifestation, and ability to be present and "show up".
𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
𝐵𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑛 "𝑓𝑙𝑜𝑤" - this means moving the body, focusing deeply on the inner self, or creating outwardly.
𝐷𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑔
𝑃𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔
𝑊𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔
𝑅𝑢𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔, 𝑆𝑤𝑖𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑒𝑐𝑡.
𝑇𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 - this means self-care for the pleasure centers (yep) - or something like taking a bath with the intention of simply focusing on the self: experiencing and observing the body, mind, and emotions.
𝐹𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑗𝑜𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑖𝑛 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑒𝑎𝑡 - connecting to your food on a deeper level is about being present and allowing and receiving positive flow into the body.
𝐴𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 - crying or laughing. Crying doesn't mean you are indulging in your emotions, it actually is a way of saying "𝐈 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐠𝐨." Instead of holding it in, you are allowing release. Being tough, stubborn, and strong, is great, but it doesn't open the sacral chakra. The same is true for laughter, for joy! Are you holding in joy, or unique self-expression, for fear of what others think?
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒, 𝑡𝑜 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑔𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑒𝑥𝑐𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑡! If you are feeling too blocked from creating, this is a sign to focus on yourself and your self care first. If putting things out there does not feel satisfactory or there is no excitement in your work, activities, or relationships, this is a sign that there is a level of depletion. In order to create, we must first be able to receive. When you do enough self care, you can then allow yourself to come into creativity more and more, like working a muscle.
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝 (well, because, of course), would be practicing Yoga, self-Reiki or Reiki with a practitioner, hypnotherapy, working on past life and karmic energies, inner child work, and shadow work.
Thanks for reading, and can't wait to see you next time!
