During energy healing sessions...
We use a blend of Usui, Shamanic, and Transformational Reiki in addition to sound healing (tuning forks and/or sound bowls, and frequency music). Sessions are created so that the body, mind, and vital energy is guided towards optimum health.
In session your energy will be assessed with an approach that acknowledges your life experiences and how you are currently reacting to your experiences, and shifting energy patterns towards the naturally balanced state. We help our clients re-establish their connection to the earth, the self, and the universe in order to spark their own inner healing process and create grounded self-awareness.

Hypnotherapy & Guided Imagery Sessions
During a hypnotherapy or guided imagery session...
We will work to reconnect you to your self-awareness, and release mental, emotional, and physical blockages. We will also work to create an internal environment conducive to your highest mental, emotional, and physical healing and well-being. Learn to let go of the barriers of your subconscious blockages and propel yourself towards a more positive, balanced state of living. This is a highly relaxing session, where you are encouraged to allow yourself to let go and receive the healing your body, mind, and soul desires most.

Sound & Intention Medicine
Sound and frequency can be a very powerful method for self-healing, and science shows that no sound is more powerful for healing than the human voice.
This is an interactive session that focuses on aligning the chakra energy centers with bija "seed" mantras and the activation and clearing of the meridians with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - also known as tapping. The session will focus on empowering and realign the energetic and emotional centers through self-expression, and the development of personalized mantras.

Shamanic Journey Sessions
Ancient and modern cultures have been using deeper states of consciousness, known as the Theta or Delta brain wave states, to receive guidance, healing, and communicate with spirit for a very, very long time. This is a session where you are able to align more closely with your life path, communicate with your higher self/spirit guides, and receive spiritual and energetic healing, alignment, and guidance.

Half-Day Healing Sessions
A few days before the session takes place, we will have a consultation phone call for gaining a sense of your current concerns, history, and intentions for the energy work.
On the day of the healing, we will begin with a relaxing introduction of guided meditation/Yoga Nidra, where different parts of the body are focused on as the energy centers are opened and the mind and body are brought into balance. This is highly peaceful experience and brings the body into a Theta/Delta state of full natural healing and restoration.
From here, the personalized energy work will begin, wherein we will do a complete analysis of the energy within and surrounding the body. During the energy healing, our goal is to bring in the energy that is needed most for you at this time and release anything from the past or present in your field that is unsupportive.
We will then take a 15-30 minute break where you will be able to collect your thoughts, journal anything you have observed from your experience so far, and use the restroom. The final section of energy work will then be completed with a guided "grounding and protecting" of your energy fields where you will come away knowing how to do this for yourself in the future.
The final section of the session is a discussion of both of our findings with suggestions to continue integrating and healing on your path in the following days, weeks, or months.
