Healing With Sound - Be Your Own Healer

Two 1/2 days Starting Friday, August 27th at 4PM and ending Sunday, August 29th, at 3PM

This retreat will be set in the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon, just outside of Sedona, AZ.

We at In One’s Element believe that energy healing is innate.

We ALL can do it and are all born with the gift of healing through vibration.

It is really not very difficult...most people just need a little nudge.

SOUND is huge when it comes to healing. As vibrational beings in a vibrational world, we are made of the stuff of Mozart. 

In this retreat, set in one of the most beautiful and energetically powerful places in the world, we dive into healing with frequency and learn how vibration can create powerful change in mind, body, and  spirit.

Through this Sound Healing Retreat:

• We will discover how frequency healing comes in many different forms (for example, thoughts!) and how to utilize it to create balance of mind, body, and spirit

• Learn the correlations of vibration to the Chakra energy system.

• Explore healing with tuning forks, sound bowls, and "frequency music" such as Solfeggio frequencies.

• Practice and learn energy balancing through using chanting and mantras

• Give and receive energy healing throughout the class in practice

• Experience guided Shamanic healing journeys to discover more about the depths of our healing abilities

Accomodations and Food:

• Included is 2 nights of stay at the group's cabin on Oak Creek.
• Friday night will be a "bring a dish" potluck. 
• Breakfast included on Saturday and Sunday.
• Saturday night we will venture to Sedona for group dinner.
• You must bring your own snacks and lunch foods.
