Higher Path Chakra Healing Series | Connecting to Your Earth Chakra

This is the first of a nine-session healing series based on the seven chakras where we work to create healing, balance, and connection with ourselves, Earth, and the universe. It is not required to take each class in the series.

The first session in our Higher Path chakra series will focus on connecting with the Earth Chakra, though the entire chakra system will be boosted and balanced during class. The sessions in this series combine the power of guided imagery and visualization along with Reiki healing to explore, restore, and release energy in the whole body. This session intends on grounding, activating, and aligning us to our Earth chakra, connecting one's personal energy (and thereby all one's bodily chakras) to the greater earthly and universal energies. The earth chakra is located approximately 12 to 18 inches below the soles of the feet. Often called the earth star chakra, it is not within the actual physical body but is part of the etheric body. This chakra aligns you with the magnetic core of the earth which is valuable to ensure the maintenance of good health.

The duration of the class is one hour, with 15 minutes before and after to get settled in and have discussion.

This event is for ages 12 and older. Pre-registration is required, and refunds will not be given within 48 hours of the event so please keep this in mind if you need to cancel. There is limited space to participate so register as soon as you can. The address of the location will be sent in an email once registration is complete. We will provide cushioned mats and a sheet for the mat for all participants, however, we do ask that you bring your own blankets and pillows for comfort as this class is spent lying down.
