Higher Path Chakra Healing Series | Heart Chakra

This is the fourth of an eight-session healing series based on the seven chakras where we work to create healing, balance, and connection with ourselves, Earth, and the universe. You are not required to take each class in the series, however it is recommended to work on each of the chakras in succession as we create balance throughout the whole system.

During this session we will be focusing on the heart chakra. The sessions in this series combine the power of guided imagery and visualization with reiki healing to explore, restore, and release energy in the whole body, with a focus on the aforementioned chakra. The Sanskrit name for the heart chakra is “Anahata”, which means “unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten" and is associated with balance, calmness, serenity, love, and compassion.
