No class this week! I'm looking at creating something that is about once a month perhaps! Once a week is a little too much at the moment. If anyone feels left out, just reach out to me and we can do something one-on-one :)

Unfortunately we will not be holding class this week, but we will be back and running next Monday! If you have a topic in mind or something you'd like to touch on, I would LOVE if you would leave it in the comments, otherwise I will stay be basing our classes on current energies as well as astrological forecasts, things that occur to me each week, ect.. Just an FYI as well, I will be going through a schedule change soon and it's quite likely that I will no longer be available Mondays, so the day and time could be changing, but whatever it changes to should be pretty solid for quite a while!

Second class today was fantastic! The class was personally exploratory in a fun and engaging way- as well as being perfectly timed with the (day after) Summer Solstice. Myia took us through an imagery exercise that sought to look inside us in order to build a solid spiritual foundation for this high-energy time of year. Thank you so much for an excellent class everyone! I definitely left the class feeling uplifted, empowered and looking forward to class number 3!
