Rituals, and magic, are types of manifestation practices where we infuse our intentions into certain ingredients. The idea is that rituals (or any kind of energy work, prayers, mantras, ect.) create a point in time and space, like an antenna, which signals the universe that we are ready for what we are asking for.

Ingredients aren't needed, for they are simply tools, but I like to use physical tools - especially those that were given to us by the Earth - to help in the practice of creating a clear foundation for the energy I wish to live by.
