Whole system Energy Healing. This is a deep session with methods using Reiki, Yoga Nidra for complete mind/body relaxation and integration, and more, depending on your needs. This includes a complete evaluation of your energy throughout and at the end of the session, a guided grounding and sealing practice, along with guidance and discussion for moving forward. Session timeline consists of: 1.) Yoga Nidra (guided mind and body relaxation and restoration) 2.) Full energy healing with blockage clearing 3.) Short journal/bathroom break 4.) Guided grounding, protecting, and sealing of your energies 5.) Final discussion of our findings as well as the creation of a personal plan for you moving forward.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance, as we do not reschedule sessions for free after the 48 hour mark has been passed. All sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase. Refunds are not given for sessions 72 hours after purchase.
